  8.           COBOL compiler V1.0d, GUI/CLi, largley ANSI85 complient takes  
  9.           the form of MicroSoft Cobol 2.xx                    ..see guide 
  10.           
  11.           Of the changes to this release the most significant are the 
  12.           `reference modification` option, which is now operational, and 
  13.           the P option in the PIC declaration. There are a few other
  14.           fixes, and syntax legal cleanups...see supplied guide/readme.

  16.           This version has been compiled under DICE 3.15 as m68020 for 
  17.           wb 2.00+ systems. see guide for limitations.
